And somewhere on the other side of the globe in China, the shooting of 原來海上沒有島 There’s no Island in the Sea, Wang Zhi Xiang‘s second short film is finished. The filming took place this month in the small village where his grandmother is still living.
That village was also the setting of his first short film, One Body, Two Sides 遙望彼岸 (2019), for which Tôn Thất An composed the music in 2019, between The Third Wife and Song Lang! Now the two are reuniting for this new project.
