Glorious Ashes

Tôn Thất An has finished composing and mixing the score for Glorious Ashes Tro tàn rực rỡ, the new feature film directed by Bùi Thạc Chuyên.
Mixing sessions with sound magician Roman Dymny took place at La Puce à l’Oreille, a sound studio located near Paris.
For the score, Tôn Thất An has assembled his faithful team of musical companions including Keith Lee (guzheng), Allen Wu (percussion and monochord), Lin HsuWei (cello), Edric Chang (viola and violin), Emily Chang (cello), Gao Zhen Bang (guitar), and in Paris, Dennis Astorga, his own mother Tâm Qùy for the vocals, and last but not least, maestro extraordinaire Nguyen Le, who did the utmost honour to play electric guitar and bring his magic to the score.
