Trịnh Đình Lê Minh‘ first feature film Thưa mẹ con đi (Goodbye Mother) opens nationwide in Vietnam.
The bittersweet dramedy focuses on Nâu (Lãnh Thanh) a young man who comes back from America with his partner Ian (Võ Điền Gia Huy) to attend his father’s funeral anniversary. But he will have to face the family issues, his grandmother’s dementia and reassess his own position regarding his personal life.
