To see the World in a Grain of Sand

Tôn Thất An and Wong SiuYung are collaborating for the third time on a new art installation, To see the World in a Grain of Sand, which will be presented as part of the Impact Festival in Liège, Belgium. Wong SiuYung developed his corpus of work  in a series of immersive light installations. For this new creation, he has teamed up with researchers in neuroscience and psychiatry and gathered data about stressfulness, exhaustion in work and also the practice of mindfulness, which he combines with his own creative and conceptual input.
The result is a meditative journey that invites the visitor to experience it in a total awareness of his senses, thus strenghening and connecting him to his own thought process, his bodily and emotional rhythm. With an aesthetic that generates a serene and contemplative atmosphere, art becomes an antidote to stress.
